Refund Policy

1. Digital Products, Programs, and Masterclasses

All purchases of digital products, including but not limited to online masterclasses, workshops, programs, and downloadable content, are final and non-refundable once payment has been successfully processed.
As immediate access to digital materials is provided upon purchase, no cancellations, chargebacks, or refunds shall be permitted for any reason, including but not limited to:

Failure to attend live or recorded sessions;

Inability to access materials due to user-end technical issues; or

Perceived lack of results or satisfaction.

2. Duplicate Transactions and Technical Errors

In the event of a verified duplicate payment or technical error resulting in multiple charges for the same purchase, the Company shall, upon confirmation, initiate a full refund of the duplicate amount.
Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 7–10 business days from the date of confirmation.

3. Program Cancellation by Aham Diva

Should the Company cancel or discontinue a program, workshop, or event for any reason prior to commencement, a full refund will be issued to all registered participants.
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses incurred as a result of such cancellation.

4. Coaching Sessions or Private Consultations (if applicable)

For individual coaching sessions or consultations, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule an appointment.
Failure to attend or cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled session will result in forfeiture of the fee, and no refund shall be issued.

5. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be responsible for any delay, interruption, or cancellation of services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.
No refunds shall be provided in such circumstances.
